ABOUT
The Republic was ill-prepared for war, mainly relying on individual member system's defense forces to police their own territories, a small Judicial Force serving at the Senate's discretion, and Jedi working in ones and twos as mediators and deadly warriors, but only capable of small-scale operations. The droid armies of the Separatist Alliance could have swept over Republic space within weeks, had it not been for the miracle arrival of the Grand Army of the Republic: the clone troopers. A young sergeant named Slick was one of them.
Slick's squad was in the vanguard, joining the army's first deployment at the Battle of Geonosis, where they were placed under the command of Jedi for the first time. The clones were genetically modified to depend on each other, and had been indoctrinated for the entirety of their short lives to believe a few basic principles: They were bound together by their common purpose. The Republic was good and just and stood for freedom. The Jedi were wise and powerful beyond all other beings.
The Jedi, however, were not trained to be commanders. The Battle of Geonosis was a Republic victory, but with a 50-60% casualty rate among the clones. Slick's faith was shattered. He had a new and ugly perspective on the new war: The Republic wanted a war without consequence, and so they'd commissioned millions of clones to fight and die in their stead. Clones weren't citizens, they were Republic property, bought and paid for. They were slaves, and the Jedi, with their telepathy and religiously-enforced emotional detachment, were their slavemasters.
Enraged, Slick reached out to the Separatists, agreeing to become an informant in exchange for freedom. Whether they ever intended to honor the deal is unclear, but Slick was soon passing them intel on a regular basis. But he wasn't a trained spy--Slick was captured during the Battle of Christophsis. He was taken away, and his actions were covered up by the Republic. He was never heard from again.
PERSONALITY
Slick is young, only a couple months out of training. But as a sergeant, he was expected to be the most mature and composed member of his squad--he refers to them as kids, despite being a few months older than them at most. This responsibility may have played into his break from his indoctrination: one of his squad sustained extensive wounds either at Geonosis or afterward, leaving the squad member obviously traumatized.
However, despite professing his love for his brothers, Slick's actions directly and negatively impacted the clones stationed on Christophsis. This seeming contradiction can be easily explained by Slick's motivations: He is a slave, one among many stuck in a grand system of oppression and death. From this perspective, any action break that system is justified. But as stated before, Slick is young. He's only had a couple of months to develop his philosophy, completely isolated from any resources or like-minded peers. The most clear and internally consistent motivating forces to his actions are rage and revenge.
When cornered, his fury at the Republic and Jedi is impossible for him to hide. This anger was used to misdirect him in a fight, ultimately leading to his capture. While he can keep it locked down under normal circumstances, pushing too far on sensitive topics may bring out his anger.
Clone names are usually given by their peers, or sometimes chosen personally. While we don't know how Slick got his name, it seems that he was well-liked and trusted, and was not considered a suspect when the Separatist informant was traced back to his barracks. He also showed himself more than capable of improvising and going off-script when pressed, and he was competent enough at hiding his clandestine activities, and shifting blame away from himself. However, 'competent' is a relative term: Clones are often terrible liars, and considered fundamentally trustworthy because of their brainwashing. If viewed as just another human, Slick's not a fantastic liar.
APPEARANCE
Slick is a clone of Jango Fett, played in the movies by actor Temuera Morrison. The earliest good photos I can find of Morrison are at about age 35, a full 15 years older than Slick would appear. Slick only recently graduated from intensive military training and has been under a lot of stress in the past couple months, and thus may have a more angular face.

By clone standards, Slick is fairly straight-laced: Clones were given a limited amount of self-expression by means of personal styling, and Slick stayed within the rules on that. His hair is a sharp and well-maintained crew cut, one of the standard options for clones. However, his dyed eyebrows are a bit of unique flair that would be instantly recognizable to others that saw his face.
However, he used his relatively generic appearance to help hide himself among his fellow clones while he was acting as an informant. He may begin trying out new styles once he's out from under the Republic's thumb.
ABILITIES
As soon as he could walk, Slick was trained to fight. He's at least had training with blasters, explosives, hand-to-hand, and possibly knife fighting. He's a fast improviser and fights dirty, and is absolutely willing to take actions that could maim or kill others.
While he's missing his weapons, helmet and utility belt, he still has the rest of his Phase I clone trooper armor. This is composed of plastoid plates and an armored body glove. The armor isn't popular among clones, earning the name "the body bucket". While it's not sufficient to stop most direct hits from a military-grade blaster rifle
His army-issue boots can be magnetized and contain a grav-field alternator. These
