Do you really think the Republic would let us go? They own us. You enforce that. That's why you all need to stand down, resign your commissions, or die. That way the ends the war quicker, and fewer clones get fed into the meat grinder on your piss-poor orders.

You weren't doing anything, so somebody had to. And you're still not doing anything, so I can't stop.

Without a war to fight in, what cause would they have not releasing you from duty? There are plenty of senators who are ready to advocate for you once the war is over.

One resignation wouldn't matter in the face of the entire Jedi Order. I am replaceable. The Council won't make a move to extract the order from their posts right now.

Acknowledge the Republic is wrong for ever making us as half-life slaves.

A lot of what they're doing is wrong. The war has gone on for too long, even though the end is in sight.

The Jedi aren't blameless and have just as many secrets as the Republic.

We were made for the Republic. The longnecks would've probably tried to sell us to somebody else, but I don't think the brainwashing could've kept everyone so accepting of it.

[Which assumes the Republic, moral core of the known universe, still wouldn't have given a shit about clones being enslaved. Which sounded depressingly accurate. But at least it might've made his brothers mad about it.]
